Beebom is looking for an experienced Mid-Level Data Scientist to drive data-driven decision making across our platform. **Responsibilities:** - Design and implement advanced analytics solutions for user behavior analysis - Build predictive models for content performance and user engagement - Develop recommendation systems using collaborative filtering and deep learning - Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing - Create data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders - Mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers - Collaborate with product and engineering teams - Present findings and insights to leadership **Required Skills:** - 3-5 years of experience in data science role - Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience) - Expert in Python and data science stack (pandas, numpy, scipy) - Strong SQL skills and experience with large databases - Proficiency in ML algorithms and statistical methods - Experience with A/B testing and experimental design - Knowledge of data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau) - Strong communication and storytelling with data **Nice to Have:** - Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) - Knowledge of causal inference methods - Experience in tech media or content platforms - Publications or speaking at data science conferences - Expertise in time series forecasting
