Join Beebom as a Mid-Level NLP Engineer to work on state-of-the-art natural language processing systems for content understanding. **Responsibilities:** - Develop NLP models for text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition - Build and fine-tune transformer models (BERT, GPT, T5) for various tasks - Implement text generation and summarization systems - Create semantic search and question-answering systems - Optimize NLP pipelines for production deployment - Conduct error analysis and model improvement - Stay current with latest NLP research and implement SOTA techniques **Required Skills:** - 3-5 years of experience in NLP engineering - Deep understanding of transformers and attention mechanisms - Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow - Experience with Hugging Face transformers library - Strong knowledge of NLP fundamentals (tokenization, embeddings, language models) - Experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning - Python expertise and software engineering best practices - Understanding of linguistics and language structure **Nice to Have:** - Experience with large language models (GPT-3, GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA) - Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) - Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) - Multilingual NLP experience - Publications in NLP conferences (ACL, EMNLP, NAACL) - Experience with speech-to-text or text-to-speech
