Beebom seeks an expert Senior Deep Learning Engineer to architect and build advanced neural network systems. **Responsibilities:** - Design and implement complex deep learning architectures - Optimize neural networks for inference speed and accuracy - Build scalable training pipelines for large models - Implement custom CUDA kernels for performance optimization - Lead deep learning projects from conception to deployment - Research and implement SOTA deep learning techniques - Architect model serving infrastructure - Mentor team members on deep learning best practices - Collaborate with research and product teams **Required Skills:** - 6+ years of experience in deep learning engineering - Expert knowledge of neural network architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs) - Deep understanding of PyTorch or TensorFlow internals - Experience with model optimization (quantization, pruning, distillation) - Strong CUDA programming and GPU optimization skills - Experience with distributed training (DDP, FSDP, DeepSpeed) - Proficiency in C++ and Python - Understanding of hardware acceleration (GPUs, TPUs) **Nice to Have:** - Experience with custom neural network operators - Knowledge of mixed precision training and inference - Expertise in neural architecture search (NAS) - Experience with edge deployment (TensorRT, ONNX, TFLite) - Contributions to PyTorch or TensorFlow - Experience with large-scale model training (>100B parameters) - Knowledge of JAX and functional programming for ML
