About the role

We are seeking a Staff MLOps Engineer to architect and build our next-generation AI infrastructure. You will design systems that enable hundreds of ML engineers to train, deploy, and monitor models at scale. This role combines deep systems expertise with ML knowledge to solve challenging infrastructure problems in distributed training, feature engineering, and real-time inference.

Responsibilities

• Architect ML platform components
• Build distributed training infrastructure
• Design feature store and model registry
• Optimize model serving latency and cost
• Define MLOps best practices

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science
• 8+ years in infrastructure/platform engineering
• 4+ years building ML infrastructure
• Experience with distributed systems at scale
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
