Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead with 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to lead our ML and AI team. You will lead a team of talented data scientists and engineers, fostering innovation and delivering cutting-edge ML and AI solutions. About the Role: As the Lead – ML & AI, you will define and execute ML/AI strategy, oversee the design and deployment of ML models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions. You will bring deep expertise in predictive modeling, NLP, computer vision, and deep learning, while establishing best practices for data governance and model evaluation.
