We're looking for a hands-on Production Manager to set up and lead our medical-grade wound dressing manufacturing facility from the ground up. This is a greenfield project — you'll take it from an empty floor to a running production line. Regulatory team is already in place; we need someone who lives and breathes production. What You'll Do • Set up the entire production facility — layout, equipment installation, cleanroom commissioning (ISO Class 7/8) • Establish manufacturing lines for foam, hydrocolloid, alginate, and antimicrobial dressings • Install and validate die-cutting, lamination, coating, and packaging equipment • Develop SOPs, batch records, and process workflows from scratch • Execute IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols for all equipment and processes. • Set up sterilization processes (EtO/Gamma) and packaging validation. • Hire, train, and manage the production team. • Drive lean manufacturing practices to hit target output and cost metrics. • Coordinate with regulatory and QA teams for audit readiness.
