## About the role As a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer, you will own complex product and infrastructure challenges end to end, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams. You will design and ship core systems powering AI-native workflows, backend services, data infrastructure, and customer-facing product experiences, making a direct impact on the intelligence layer behind the product. ## What you'll do - Build and ship AI-native product workflows using LLMs, retrieval systems, workflow engines, and agentic software. - Design and develop scalable backend APIs and services with Python and FastAPI, supporting core product features. - Create and maintain agentic orchestration layers, integrating AI systems, internal services, and external APIs. - Develop robust data pipelines for ingestion, processing, ranking, and summarization of large-scale structured and unstructured data. - Contribute to customer-facing dashboards and internal tools using React or Next.js, translating complex workflows into intuitive interfaces. - Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure, including deployment pipelines, containers, and observability tools. - Lead technical design, architecture decisions, and code reviews to raise engineering quality and velocity. - Debug and resolve challenging production issues across backend, frontend, cloud, and data systems. ## What we're looking for - 4+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on backend and production systems. - Proficiency in Python and experience building APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar frameworks. - Experience with React, Next.js, or comparable frontend frameworks. - Strong understanding of system design, data structures, algorithms, databases, and distributed systems. - Demonstrated ability to design and ship production APIs, internal tools, data workflows, and customer-facing features. - Experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms. - Strong debugging skills across backend, frontend, cloud, and data systems. - Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems and drive them to completion with a product-focused mindset. ## Nice to have - Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks. - Experience building agentic systems, tool-calling workflows, or multi-step AI applications. - Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and knowledge systems. - Experience with Docker, async systems, queues, background jobs, and event-driven architecture. - Background in SEO, search, web intelligence, content systems, or marketing technology. ## What you'll get - Opportunity to own and shape major product and infrastructure systems from the ground up. - Work with a modern tech stack and cutting-edge AI technologies. - Collaborate with a high-caliber, fast-moving team passionate about building impactful products. - Grow your skills across backend, AI, data infrastructure, frontend, and cloud operations. - Make a direct impact on product direction, technical execution, and engineering culture. ## How to apply Apply directly using the link — our AI interview will be the first step.
