## About the role hello test Join our team as a Full Stack AI Engineer, where you'll own the design and development of AI-native product features across the stack. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to build, ship, and iterate on intelligent software that powers core workflows and user experiences. ## What you'll do - Build and ship AI-powered product workflows using LLMs, retrieval systems, and agentic orchestration frameworks. - Develop scalable backend services and APIs with Python (FastAPI/Flask) and cloud-native architectures on AWS. - Create fast, intuitive frontend applications using React.js or similar frameworks, including dashboards and operator tools. - Integrate AI systems with internal services, external APIs, databases, and data pipelines. - Design and manage multi-step AI workflows, including state management, retries, fallbacks, and validation. - Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines for structured and unstructured data sources. - Own cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and containerized services using Docker and AWS. - Collaborate on technical design, architecture reviews, and contribute to a culture of high engineering standards. ## What we're looking for - 1-4 years of experience in software engineering, full stack development, or backend-heavy product engineering. - Strong proficiency in Python and experience with backend frameworks like FastAPI or Flask. - Experience building frontend applications with React.js or similar modern frameworks. - Hands-on experience with AWS for deploying and managing cloud services. - Experience designing and shipping APIs, internal tools, and product workflows. - Familiarity with LLM APIs, modern AI tooling, and building AI-powered features. - Strong debugging skills and ability to solve ambiguous engineering problems. - Product mindset with a focus on user outcomes and practical impact. ## Nice to have - Experience with Next.js, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks. - Familiarity with vector databases, retrieval pipelines, embeddings, and knowledge systems. - Experience with async systems, queues, background jobs, and event-driven architectures. - Experience with Docker, production deployment practices, and observability tools. - Background in SEO, search, web intelligence, crawling, or content systems. ## What you'll get - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-native products and modern tech stacks. - High ownership and autonomy in shaping product direction and technical execution. - Collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on experimentation and learning. - Exposure to end-to-end product development, from backend to frontend to AI orchestration. - Growth opportunities in a team that values curiosity, impact, and engineering excellence. ## How to apply Apply directly using the link — our AI interview will be the first step.
