The agreement between you and us.

By accessing or using 100Networks (the “Platform”), operated by Hundred Networks Private Limited (“100Networks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

100Networks is a professional networking and recruiting platform that connects job seekers with employers and contracting firms. The Platform provides identity verification, AI-driven interviews, profile and resume hosting, application tracking, and related career-development tools.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to use the Platform. By using 100Networks you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, and display that content as necessary to operate the Platform.

Certain features of the Platform involve AI-conducted interviews and may record audio, video, and screen content for evaluation, fraud prevention, and quality assurance. By participating, you consent to such recording and to its processing as described in our Privacy Policy. You may end an interview at any time.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information about you. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with that policy.

The Platform and all content provided by us (excluding user-submitted content) — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — is the exclusive property of Hundred Networks Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, infringed the rights of others, or created risk for the Platform or its users. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither 100Networks nor its officers, employees, agents, partners, or suppliers shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with:

• 01Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Platform.
• 02Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• 03Any content obtained from the Platform.
• 04Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or content.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee outcomes of any interview, application, or job match.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, failing that, through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
