The real Workspace, shown with sample data.

Pipelines that build themselves.

It reads your brief and finds people who fit — including the ones not looking. Decide on a few and it looks again, round after round, until the gaps are closed.

Outbound that sounds like you.

Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, drafted in your voice and held for your approval. The Caller phones candidates, says up front it’s an AI assistant, and writes you a report.

Interviews on autopilot.

AI interviews built from your job description, scored against your bar and written up after every round — so the debrief starts with notes, not memory.

You approve. Agents execute. When a role gets hard, hand it to our recruiter network from the same place. Pricing is set with each team.

The team

Seven agents. One hiring team.

Each agent has one job, and each one tells you how it asks before it acts.

Sourcer

Finds and reads people for a role, and learns from your ratings.

How it asks. Searching never contacts anyone. You rate who it finds; it uses your ratings to look again.

Outreach

Writes and runs LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp sequences, and handles replies.

How it asks. It drafts each sequence. Nothing sends until you switch the sequence on.

Caller

Phones candidates, holds the conversation and writes you a report.

How it asks. It only dials when you press Call or start a call list, and only within your calling hours.

Interviewer

Runs AI interviews and take-homes, and scores them against your bar.

How it asks. Invites go out only when you send them. It never rejects anyone on its own — you decide.

Screener

Reads every applicant against the role and ranks them with reasons.

How it asks. It scores and ranks. Moving someone on or setting them aside is always your call.

Scheduler

Books interviews, sends scheduling links and balances your panels.

How it asks. Links and invites go out only when you create them.

Notetaker

Joins interviews, writes notes and fills the scorecard.

How it asks. It joins only meetings you allow, and asks the candidate for consent when you require it.

Pilot

The one you talk to. Ask for anything in plain words and it works the team for you.

How it asks. By default, every action it proposes waits for your confirmation.

How a role runs

Attach the JD tonight. Decide in the morning.

01

Attach the JD

The Sourcer reads it back to you as a brief: who the role needs, what is a must and what is a nice-to-have. Correct it before anything runs.

02

It works through the night

Round after round, it finds people who fit, including the ones not looking, and judges each against the brief with its reasons written down.

03

You decide in the morning

Shortlist, Maybe or Not a fit. Your decisions steer the next round, so the gaps close instead of the list just getting longer.

04

Then it reaches out

Outreach in your voice, calls, interviews, scheduling and notes. Each one waits for your yes before anything reaches a candidate.

Two ways to work with us

Run it yourself, or hand it over.

Most teams do both: everyday roles in the Workspace, the niche, senior and hard-to-fill ones with our recruiters.

The Workspace

You run the role.

Your team decides; the agents do the work
Sourcing, outreach, calls, interviews, scheduling and notes in one place
Pricing set with each team, no per-hire fee
Access by request, switched on by us
Managed search

We run the role.

Where it fits

Next to the tools you already use.

Your ATS stays
Connects to Greenhouse and Zoho Recruit. It reads your jobs and candidates and writes nothing back until you choose to.
Every channel that gets a reply
Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, drafted in your voice, and phone calls from the Caller.

Hard roles, handed over

Questions, answered.

What is the 100Networks Workspace?

Our AI hiring team for the roles you fill yourself. Attach the job description and its agents — Sourcer, Outreach, Caller, Interviewer, Screener, Scheduler and Notetaker — work through the night: sourcing, ranking, re-sourcing the gaps and drafting outreach in your voice. By morning a shortlist is waiting for your yes. Nothing reaches a candidate until you approve it.

Does anything reach a candidate without our approval?

No. Searching never contacts anyone. Outreach drafts each sequence, and nothing sends until you switch that sequence on. The Caller dials only when you press Call or start a call list, and only within your calling hours. Interview invites and scheduling links go out only when you send them, and no agent rejects anyone on its own.

Does the AI caller say it is an AI?

Yes, up front, on every call. The Caller introduces itself as an AI assistant calling for your team, holds the conversation, and writes you a report afterwards, so a person on your team decides what happens next.

Who is the Workspace for?

In-house talent and hiring teams, and founders hiring without a recruiting team, for the roles they want to run themselves. Teams use it next to their existing tools, and hand the niche, senior and hard-to-fill roles to the 100Networks recruiter marketplace from the same place.

Is the Workspace an ATS? Does it work with ours?

It is not an ATS: it is the team that does the work around one. It connects to Greenhouse and Zoho Recruit, reads your jobs and candidates, and writes nothing back until you choose to. Your ATS stays the system of record.

Which channels does it use?

Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp for outreach, drafted in your voice, plus phone calls from the Caller. That mix matters most in India, where senior people often answer a call or a WhatsApp message long before they reply to recruiting email.

How do we get access to the Workspace, and what does it cost?

Access is by request at workspace.100networks.com/access, and every team is switched on by us rather than automatically. Pricing is set with each team, and there is no per-hire fee on roles you fill in the Workspace.

Can we use the Workspace and still hand you our hardest roles?

Yes — that is how most teams use it. Fill everyday roles yourself in the Workspace, and hand the niche, senior and hard-to-fill ones to our recruiter marketplace from the same place. Those carry the usual 8.33% of first-year salary, paid only when the person joins.

Hand it a role tonight. Wake up to a shortlist.
