Thirty minutes of your time. Then you meet four people.
Hand us one role — ideally the one that has been open longest. You spend half an hour on the brief and then you interview a shortlist. Everything in between is ours. You pay 8.33% of first-year salary on the day the person joins, and nothing at all if we don’t send you a shortlist worth interviewing.
Your side of this is very short.
Whoever makes the final call sits with a founder of ours and takes the role apart. Not a JD review — what this person will actually build, what strong looks like, and what you will say when they ask why they should leave a job they like.
We write it up the same day and send it back. Nobody is approached until you say yes to it.
Four to six people, each with a recording and a score already attached. You decide.
- Map the market and build the search — titles, seniority, must-haves, deal-breakers, target companies
- Source across LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, publications, portfolios and our own talent graph
- Work the private referral circles and domain communities where the people who aren’t applying actually are
- Approach every one of them individually — email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and voice, written to the person rather than the profile
- Have the first conversation, and convince them this is worth a look
- Run the structured screen against your rubric, with a transcript and a scorecard
- Confirm compensation expectations, notice period and location before anyone reaches you
- Write the case for every person on the list, including the risks
- Coordinate your panels, send reminders, rebook no-shows and chase feedback after every debrief
- Support the offer, and flag counter-offer risk before it lands
- Stay with the candidate through the entire notice period, to day one
You interview four people. Not forty.
Not a pile of CVs to sort. Each person on the list arrives with an interview recording, a score against your rubric with the evidence attached to the moment that earned it, and a written case from us explaining why they are on the list — including what we think the risks are. Compensation expectations, notice period and location are confirmed before anyone reaches you.
Across roles closed to date we send four candidates per hire made. The point is that you make a decision, not run another screening round.
A real search, start to signature.
Two hours with your hiring manager. Founder-led, every time.
Matched specialist recruiters start, with the agents running underneath them.
On one recent search: 38 approached, 31 of them employed and not looking. 14 replied.
Median across roles closed to date. Four to six people, vetted and scored.
On that same search — a role that had been open four months.
Nothing, until someone starts.
Nothing up front. No setup fee, no posting fee, no seat licence.
Run us alongside your own team and any agencies you already use. We only earn if our person signs.
An accepted offer that falls through costs you nothing. We are paid on the joining date, not the offer.
If we don’t send you people worth interviewing, you owe us nothing. That is our risk, not yours.
If they join and it doesn’t work out inside ninety days, we run the search again free of charge.
One month’s pay, invoiced the day they walk in. That is the whole commercial arrangement.
There is no minimum and no contract term. Start with one role. If the shortlist is good you will send us another, and if it isn’t you will not — which is the only sensible way to buy this.
Frequently asked questions
Three things, about thirty minutes in total. A thirty-minute call with whoever will make the final decision, so we understand the role rather than the job description. A yes or no on the brief we write from that call, before anyone is approached. Then you interview the people we send. Everything between those points — sourcing, approaching, screening, scheduling, reference calls, offer support and staying with the candidate through their notice period — is ours.
8.33% of the hired person’s first-year salary — one month’s pay — invoiced on the day they join. Not on offer, not on acceptance. There is no retainer, no setup fee, no posting fee and no seat licence. If an accepted candidate does not join, there is no fee at all. If they join and it does not work out within ninety days, we run the search again free of charge.
Then you owe us nothing and we have wasted our own money, not yours. That is the deal: we only earn if someone we found signs and starts. It also means we will tell you early if we think the brief is the problem rather than the market, because sending you a shortlist you will not hire from costs us more than saying so.
No. Engagements are non-exclusive by design. Run us alongside your in-house team and any agencies you already use. We only earn if our candidate is the one who signs, so we are not asking you to bet a role on us — we are asking for the chance to compete for it.
Median six days from a signed brief to a vetted shortlist, across roles closed to date. You will usually hear about the first strong person sooner than that. Closing takes longer, because the people we approach are not in a hurry and usually have a notice period to serve — one recent perception-engineering search ran nineteen days from brief to signed offer.
Typically four to six people, not forty. Each one comes with an interview recording, a score against your rubric with the evidence attached, and a written case from us explaining why they are on the list — with compensation expectations, notice period and location already confirmed. The point is that you make a decision rather than run another screening round.
That is the normal way to start, and it is what we would suggest. Send one role — ideally the one that has been open longest — and judge us on the shortlist. There is no minimum, no contract term and nothing to commit to beyond that single search.
The ones that are already stuck: niche technical roles in robotics, perception, ML, embedded, security and infrastructure; engineering leadership including confidential backfills; and team build-outs of ten to thirty engineers on one bar, including GCC and new-site build-outs. We work across India, the United States and Europe. If your role is filling fine through applications, we will say so rather than take it.
Every recruiter in the network signs an NDA. Confidential and leadership searches go to a named subset of eight recruiters rather than the full network, so your brief, your hiring plan and your compensation bands stay inside that group. Candidates learn the company name only once they have signed an NDA themselves.
Make hiring the thing you’re good at.
Seed, Series A to D, or enterprise — send us one hard role. We'll match it the same day, and you'll meet a shortlist in days. Pay only when they join.
