100Networks is a three-sided hiring marketplace, headquartered in India. Companies post their hardest roles. Specialist recruiters — vetted independents and boutique search firms — compete to fill them. Anyone with a good person in their network can refer that person and get paid. Six AI agents run underneath all of it. One success fee, paid when the person joins.

Job boards, sourcing tools and AI outreach all made the same bet: that the right person is looking. They aren't. The best engineer for your role is already employed, already well paid, and already known to someone in your industry — a CTO who worked with them, a VP who hired them once.
Nobody fixed reach, judgment or follow-through. Reach is a specialist who already knows the role. Judgment is a human who can convince a senior engineer to leave a job they like. Follow-through is staying on the candidate through sixty-two days of notice, and not invoicing until they walk in. That is what we built.
Agents do the work. Recruiters do the convincing. And anyone who knows someone great can say so, and be paid for it.
