Your software engineering talent partner
Backend, frontend, platform, SRE, security — the seats every company needs and the market never has enough of. We match your role to recruiters who have closed that exact seat before, at that seniority.

What the person will own — a service, a platform, a product surface. Which stack, which scale, which on-call reality. And what you’ll say when they ask why this beats the job they have.
Recruiters with engineering placements behind them go to work the same day. Structured screens on real systems — ownership, incidents, migrations — with comp and notice confirmed.
Scheduling, feedback, the offer and the notice period — run for you. Invoiced only when they join.
The Software Engineering roles we work.
Three things that change when specialists work the role.
Backend to frontend to platform to security — matched per role type, so you’re never explaining Kafka to a generalist.
A scorecard and a written case per candidate — what they built, at what scale, and what broke.
Sixty-two days of notice is where engineering searches die. Ours don’t — the recruiter stays on through joining.
The specifics, not the category.
Roles and stacks our recruiters in this domain work directly. If yours isn’t listed, it’s worth asking — the network is wider than the page.
Frequently asked questions
The search is rarely the slow part — the notice period is. Indian notice runs 30 to 90 days for engineering roles, and it starts only once the offer is accepted, so plan the seat around the joining date rather than the offer date. We keep the recruiter on the candidate every week of that notice, because this is where engineering searches die.
8.33% of the hired person’s first-year salary — one month’s pay — invoiced on the day they join. No retainer, no setup fee, no posting fee and no seat licence. If an accepted candidate never starts, there is no fee. If they join and it does not work out within ninety days, the search runs again free of charge.
Yes — engagements are non-exclusive by default. Most of our engineering work runs beside an in-house TA team that is handling the roles it can reach, on the roles it cannot. One agreement, one invoice, and candidate claims are timestamped so nobody on the network approaches the same engineer twice for your role.
A structured screen against your rubric, not a keyword match. Every candidate arrives with a transcript, a scorecard and a written case covering what they built, at what scale and what broke — plus comp expectations and notice period confirmed before you see a name.
Backend, frontend and full-stack, platform and SRE, infrastructure and cloud, and security engineering, from senior individual contributor through staff and principal. Engineering leadership is handled as a separate specialty because those searches are usually confidential.
Make hiring the thing you’re good at.
Seed, Series A to D, or enterprise — send us one hard role. We'll match it the same day, and you'll meet a shortlist in days. Pay only when they join.
