The best Juicebox alternative for an Indian hiring team depends on what Juicebox is not doing for you. If it is coverage, pair LinkedIn Recruiter for tech roles with Naukri for everything else. If it is replies, you want a tool that sends on WhatsApp and calls candidates — Weekday or the 100Networks Workspace. If you simply want another large global index, hireEZ and SeekOut are the closest like-for-like options.
A disclosure first. This post is written by 100Networks, and one of the tools below — the 100Networks Workspace — is ours. Every product is described from its maker's own pages as of November 2026, and we have said where Juicebox, or someone else, is the better choice.
What Juicebox is good at
Juicebox — the product many recruiters still call PeopleGPT — is a fast, well-built search tool. You describe the person in plain language, and it searches 800M profiles from 30+ sources and ranks the results. Juicebox Agents learn from the job description, intake calls, past hires and your feedback, then keep sourcing in the background. It lists 100+ ATS and CRM integrations, is SOC 2 Type II certified, has a free plan and publishes its prices, so you can try it in an afternoon.
For a recruiter hiring software engineers whose LinkedIn and GitHub profiles are up to date, that is a strong product, and it may be all you need.
Where Indian teams hit its edges
Three gaps come up, and none is a flaw in the search itself.
- Channels. Juicebox sequences send email through Gmail or Outlook. Its documentation says LinkedIn connection requests, InMails and call steps are tasks a person completes, not automated sends. In India, where WhatsApp and a phone call often get a same-day answer and cold email often gets none, that leaves the most productive channels to your team.
- Regional coverage. Juicebox's own FAQ says region-specific sources are being added and points to sales for regional coverage details.
- Where non-tech candidates are. For sales, operations, manufacturing and tier-2 city roles, many candidates keep their only current CV on Naukri, which public-profile tools do not search.

LinkedIn Recruiter with Hiring Assistant
Best for: senior and white-collar tech roles in India.
If most of your Juicebox results are LinkedIn profiles anyway, the native product is worth comparing directly. Recruiter Lite gives 20 filters and 30 InMails a month; full Recruiter gives 40+ filters and up to 150 InMails per seat. The Hiring Assistant add-on turns hiring goals into a search strategy, runs searches while you are away, reviews applicants, drafts outreach and asks prescreening questions; LinkedIn says it does not make hiring decisions on its own. It became available globally in English in late 2025.
Trade-off: outreach stays inside LinkedIn. No WhatsApp, and email depends on what candidates share.
Pricing: by seats and company size, on request.
Naukri Resdex and AI REX
Best for: volume hiring, non-tech roles and smaller cities.
Resdex is Naukri's licensed CV database, with AI relevance ranking that learns from each recruiter's selections, AI profile tags and CV highlights. AI REX, launched in July 2026, is Naukri's autonomous sourcing layer: it reads the job description, recommends matching candidates and automates shortlisting.
Trade-off: it covers people who keep a Naukri profile, which is a different population from passive senior engineers.
Pricing: Naukri does not publish a standard price list; quoted by its sales team.
Weekday
Best for: Indian startups that want India-native reach.
Weekday combines a talent database with an AI sourcing agent that finds passive candidates and outreach that follows up by email, WhatsApp and phone until people respond. You can buy a subscription for database access and outreach credits, or hand a role to a Weekday recruiter on contingency.
Trade-off: it is a marketplace and a tool at once; if you want a pure search tool you control, Juicebox is simpler.
Pricing: contingency at 15% of annual salary with a 60-day replacement period and no fee without a hire; subscription on request (10k–150k credits).
hireEZ
Best for: larger teams that want sourcing plus screening on top of their existing ATS.
hireEZ searches 1B+ profiles across 45+ platforms, rediscovers past applicants through a talent CRM, and its EZ Agent runs applicant review, voice or chat screening and scheduling. Nothing moves forward without recruiter approval.
Trade-off: priced for teams rather than individuals.
Pricing: solo recruiters from $494 a month with a 7-day trial; enterprise on request.
SeekOut
Best for: global and regulated hiring where every shortlist must be defensible.
SeekOut searches 1B+ profiles alongside your ATS, evaluates applicants with AI screening, and is building an AI Coworker (in early access). It is especially deep in cleared and healthcare talent.
Trade-off: its focus is US-centred; test it on Indian roles.
Pricing: Sourcing Core at $149 a month billed annually ($179 monthly), 14-day free trial; larger plans on request.
Gem
Best for: teams that would rather run sourcing inside their ATS and CRM than in a separate tool.
Gem's AI Sourcing Agent searches 800M+ profiles and resurfaces past candidates, next to an ATS, CRM, application review agent, fraud detection and scheduling. It can sit on top of Greenhouse, Workday, Lever or iCIMS.
Trade-off: a bigger change than swapping one sourcing tool for another.
Pricing: a Startup Program for very small companies is listed; other plans by company size on request.
Metaview
Best for: teams already using Metaview for interview notes.
Metaview now sells a sourcing agent alongside its notes, application review and voice screening agents, with email outreach sequences and an AI coworker, fillmore, that finds candidates, runs outreach and books screening calls. Its notes and screening support Hindi, which matters for Indian interviews.
Trade-off: outreach is email-based.
Pricing: sourcing free for the first 100 profiles, then $100 (Pro) or $300 (Max) per user a month; enterprise on request. We compare it in more detail in Metaview alternatives.
Findem
Best for: enterprise talent teams and executive search firms that want market mapping as much as candidates.
Findem builds what it calls people intelligence: career histories turned into signals about fit, plus relationship data for warm introductions. Findem Studio offers pre-built agents for talent acquisition and executive search — market analysis, talent mapping and candidate pools with evidence.
Trade-off: enterprise-oriented, and its site does not describe India-specific coverage.
Pricing: on request.
100Networks Workspace
Best for: Indian teams that want replies and interviews, not just a list.
The 100Networks Workspace is an AI hiring team for the roles a company fills itself. You attach the job description and its agents work overnight: the Sourcer finds and ranks people, including those not looking, and searches again round after round as you accept or reject; Outreach drafts email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp messages in your voice and holds them for approval; the Caller phones candidates, says up front that it is an AI assistant, and writes a report that pulls out answers such as current and expected CTC and notice period; the Interviewer runs AI interviews from your job description. A Screener, Scheduler, Notetaker and an assistant called Pilot cover the rest. Nothing reaches a candidate until the team approves it. By morning there is a shortlist waiting for a yes.
Where Juicebox leaves LinkedIn and calls as manual tasks, the Workspace drafts the LinkedIn and WhatsApp messages and places the calls itself, once approved. And when a role is too hard to run yourself, it can be handed to 100Networks' specialist recruiter marketplace from the same place, at 8.33% of first-year salary paid on joining, with a 90-day guarantee.
Where it is not the best fit: for US-only volume sourcing, or a single recruiter who wants a self-serve search box today, Juicebox, SeekOut or hireEZ are more established. Naukri candidates still need a Resdex licence. Access is by request, and each team is switched on by 100Networks.
Pricing: set with each team; no per-hire fee. Request access.
Running two tools without annoying candidates
Most Indian teams end up with more than one sourcing source — typically LinkedIn Recruiter, a Naukri licence and one AI tool. That works, but it creates a problem single-tool teams never see: the same candidate found three times and contacted three times, by three different people, with three slightly different versions of the role.
A few rules prevent it.
One owner per candidate. Decide which tool holds the record of who has been contacted. Everything else is for finding people, not for messaging them. If your ATS is the record, check that each tool writes back to it before anyone sends a message.
Deduplicate before outreach, not after. Match on email, phone and LinkedIn URL before a sequence starts. A candidate who receives an InMail on Monday and a WhatsApp about the same role on Tuesday from a different name assumes your process is disorganised, and in a small specialist market they will tell their colleagues.
Write the role once. Keep one approved description of the role — title, level, location, CTC band if you share it — and use it in every channel. Mismatched details across tools are the fastest way to lose a passive candidate's trust.
How to choose
- Keep Juicebox if your roles are tech, your candidates have strong public profiles, and your team is comfortable doing LinkedIn and phone follow-up by hand.
- Add Naukri if a large share of your roles are non-tech or outside the metros. No public-profile tool replaces it.
- Compare with LinkedIn Recruiter if most results land on LinkedIn anyway; the native agent may be enough.
- Move to a tool with WhatsApp and phone — Weekday or the 100Networks Workspace — if your problem is reply rates rather than finding names. Our guide to WhatsApp recruiting explains why the channel matters in India.
- Measure replies, not profiles. Run two tools on the same live role for a week and count qualified candidates who replied, with CTC and notice period confirmed. For a broader view, see the best AI sourcing tools for hiring in India.
