Tell the 100Networks story, and bring great recruiters and candidates into the network.
100Networks is a hiring marketplace: companies bring their hardest roles, specialist recruiters work them, and anyone can refer someone great. The brand is how each of those people first meets us. You will shape how 100Networks looks and sounds, and help grow the network that makes it work.
What you’ll do
- Write and produce posts, short videos, case studies and page copy that sound like us.
- Help bring specialist recruiters into the network, and keep them close once they join.
- Reach the candidates and communities our clients’ roles need.
- Use AI tools to make in a day what used to take a week — then raise the bar on it.
Who you are
- You write clearly and have taste — you can tell when something is good and when it is not yet.
- At ease talking to people you have never met.
- You already use AI tools to write, design or edit, and want to get much better at it.
- Interested in hiring, careers and how people find great work.
Where and when
In the office at Sector 4, Noida, five days a week. You should be open to that before you apply.
