Tech Intern
Build and ship the product with Claude Code and the best AI tools as your everyday kit.
We are a small team that builds like a big one, because AI does a lot of the typing. You will work on the real 100Networks product — the hiring marketplace and the six agents underneath it — and ship code that companies and recruiters use the same week.
What you’ll do
- Build and ship features across the product, with Claude Code as your main way of working.
- Improve the AI agents that brief, source, reach out, screen, interview and take notes: their prompts, their tools and the checks around them.
- Build the internal tools and automations that keep the team fast.
- Find and fix bugs end to end — read the logs, reproduce it, fix it, prove it is fixed.
Who you are
- Fluent with Claude Code and today’s AI tools — you have built real things with them, not just tried them.
- Comfortable reading code you didn’t write and changing it carefully.
- You ship fast and check your own work before calling it done.
- Curious about how hiring works, and keen to make it better.
Where and when
In the office at Sector 4, Noida, five days a week. You should be open to that before you apply.
