Research & People Intern
Research the markets, roles and people behind every search, and talk to them.
Every search we run starts with knowing a market better than anyone else: which companies have the people, what the role really needs, and what it pays. You will do that research with AI as your co-pilot, and spend time with the candidates and recruiters it leads you to.
What you’ll do
- Research companies, roles, talent pools and pay bands for the searches we run.
- Map where the right people work today, and help shortlist them.
- Speak with candidates and recruiters, and turn what you hear into clear notes the team can act on.
- Build repeatable research playbooks with AI tools so the next search starts further ahead.
Who you are
- Rigorous and curious — you check sources and say what you don’t know.
- Good with people: you listen well and write up what you heard accurately.
- You already use AI tools for research and want to learn to use them properly.
- Interested in how teams are built and how careers are made.
Where and when
In the office at Sector 4, Noida, five days a week. You should be open to that before you apply.
