If you love robots, hate inefficiency, and want to build things that actually run in production — you'll fit right in. ## The Role Lead complex robotics and automation projects end-to-end across Asia — owning scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery from inception through deployment. Drive alignment across engineering, commercial, and operations teams while managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring every project lands on time and on standard. ## Compensation & Location - ฿70,000–100,000 THB per month (≈ ฿8.4–12 lakh annually) - **Thailand-based candidates only** (local hiring preference — role is remote within Thailand, with significant time required on-site at client locations) - Team: Projects · Experience: 10+ years

Responsibilities

• - Lead complex robotics and automation projects from inception to deployment - Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across cross-functional teams - Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and status reports - Coordinate across engineering, design, and software teams to ensure seamless execution - Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively - Drive technical decision-making aligned with business goals - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners - Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout project delivery - Monitor progress and maintain high-quality, predictable project outcomes - Perform autonomy stack installation and configuration on AMRs at factory sites

Requirements

• ## What We're Looking For - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, or Computer Engineering - 8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in robotics or automation (AMRs/AGVs) - Strong understanding of robotics systems, control systems, and software development - Proven track record of delivering complex, technical projects successfully - PMP certification or equivalent preferred - Hands-on experience with robotics hardware and software integration - Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Jira and MS Project - Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills — with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills - Proactive and adaptable approach to fast-paced, high-growth environments ## Eligibility Thailand-based candidates only — local hiring to minimise work permit, relocation and travel costs.
