If you love robots, hate inefficiency, and want to build things that actually run in production — you'll fit right in. ## The Role Lead end-to-end deployment of robotics and AMR automation projects — from installation and commissioning through to full operational readiness. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate on-site execution of AMR systems, ROS-based navigation, and system architecture. ## Compensation & Location (by geography) - **Singapore / Malaysia:** S$75,000–82,000 SGD per annum. Singapore-based candidates are the first preference; Malaysia-based candidates considered if no suitable Singapore candidate is found. EP support possible only for candidates already based in Singapore. - **India:** ₹25 LPA. - **Indonesia (Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer):** IDR 15–23 million per month depending on experience, plus 13th-month bonus. - All non-Singapore roles are remote within their country, with significant time on-site at client locations (≈70% field / 30% office). - Team: Projects · Experience: 5+ years

Responsibilities

• - Own on-site activities including installation, configuration, validation, and performance testing at customer locations domestically and internationally - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and constraints during execution - Develop and execute simulation models to optimize system design, throughput, and deployment strategies - Analyse simulation outputs and translate insights into performance improvements - Drive technical decision-making considering real-world constraints, scalability, and customer requirements - Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance through detailed system checks - Maintain high-quality technical documentation including architecture designs, deployment processes, and commissioning records - Engage with customers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AMR solutions - Support solution architecture including workflow design, system integrations, fleet orchestration, and deployment planning - Diagnose and resolve complex issues across robotics hardware, ROS navigation, PLCs, and integrated software systems - Deliver structured training programs to customer teams for successful adoption - Maintain commissioning documentation including SAT reports, checklists, and field observations - Continuously identify opportunities to improve AMR performance, reliability, and user experience - Build strong relationships with customer operations and maintenance teams
